We started selling this hotdog on the street corners of Chicago in 1971. A 100% kosher beef hotdog served Chicago-style, with fresh chopped onions, tomatoes, relish, mustard, sport pepper, and a dill spear, served on a steamed bun.
A sizzlin’ quarter pound of 100% all beef burger topped with our secret sauce, fresh chopped onions, tomatoes, crispy greens, pickle relish, ketchup and mustard. Served on a toasted whole grain bun.
Roast pork topped with warm sweet apples and onions (if we weren’t so Irish we’d call it “Chutney”), with crispy greens and mayo. Served on a toasted whole grain bun.
A delicious blend of 100% USDA choice ground beef, fresh tomatoes, red beans, onions, green peppers spiced to perfection with Mrs. O’Malley’s secret blend of seasonings… so secret that when we asked for the recipe she told us to mind our own business! Topped off with a dollop of sour cream and cheddar cheese.
For the Irish gourmet, this is the main event. We use 100% real Idaho potatoes. They’re buttery, rich and delicious.
